Consulting in die, model and mold manufacturing

Practical consulting for medium-sized manufacturing companies

Continuous optimization is the key to success in the dynamic world of die, model and mold manufacturing. Managers are under pressure to continuously improve their processes in order to remain competitive. But tunnel vision often prevents early recognition of necessary innovations and implementation of specific measures.

The solution comes from external consulting: Our consultants bring a new perspective and industry-specific expertise and help you identify hidden potential and significantly improve productivity. This independent perspective is the key to your position yourself successfully in the global market in the future.

Why are we experts in die, model and mold manufacturing?

Before we started our consulting careers at Tebis Consulting, we had already accumulated many years of experience in the industry, such as in die manufacturing. This enables us not only to communicate theoretical knowledge, but also to provide tried and proven practical strategies from our own experience. We can therefore communicate with all employees as equals and can understand precisely the challenges they face. We supplement this essential ability by offering the following industry-specific solutions for die, model and mold manufacturing companies:

    Market survey
Our annual survey on the market situation and developments in the die, model and mold manufacturing and plastics processing industry is a valuable tool for industry insiders. With responses from 120 managing directors, the report provides a comprehensive picture of the present and future market situation. Such detailed insight helps decision-makers to better understand market dynamics and make informed strategic decisions.
    Activity in Marktspiegel Werkzeugbau
The founding of the "Marktspiegel Werkzeugbau" by Jens Lüdtke established a cooperative benchmark initiative that has grown from a small pilot project with 20 companies to a respected institution with roughly 80 member companies and 40 sponsoring partners. This initiative promotes the exchange of knowledge and data in order to increase the competitiveness and quality of its members, consolidating the position of the manufacturing industry in the German-speaking region.
    Benchmark database
Companies can use standardized key figures from our benchmark database to objectively measure their own performance and evaluate it in comparison with industry standards. This data-oriented approach enables decision-makers to develop their strategies based on solid data. Using the benchmark database thus contributes significantly to sustainably increasing your company's success.
    Networking event
Our free "Targeting the future" networking event is an online event series with the goal of promoting constructive collaboration within the die, model and mold manufacturing industry. Each event begins with a keynote speech, followed by a panel discussion and subsequent debate. This structure provides an outstanding platform for networking and learning together.
    Information sheets on consultancy funding
Our fact sheets show how companies in the trades and medium-sized companies can benefit from public subsidies. These precise, straightforward guides provide information on the available funding programs in the various states of Germany. In this way, we ensure that companies receive the support they deserve to increase their performance and promote sustainable growth.
