Jens Lüdtke has been with Tebis AG since 2000. The trained industrial mechanic with a degree in mechanical engineering is head of the independent business unit of Tebis Consulting and the Göppingen branch office. His many years of practical experience have given him in-depth process expertise in all types of manufacturing companies.

He has special expertise in the conception of industrial single-part manufacturing and in the development of corporate strategies and business models. He has been a lecturer at Hochschule Schmalkalden for many years. He is also an initiator, co-founder and currently head of the Marktspiegel Werkzeugbau Association, an initiative for actively supporting competitiveness in the die, model and mold manufacturing industry and for strengthening manufacturing in the German-speaking region.

As an advisor on committees in the relevant industry associations and as a member of the European Economic Senate, he also works in an official capacity to promote the interests of the SME manufacturing industry.
