Our mission
Our mission is to improve companies, to shape the current transformation and especially to improve the average returns of companies in individual and series part production, keeping production competitive in high-wage locations.
As an independent business unit of Tebis AG, we have a lot of experience in working with small and medium-sized companies. With our roots in die, model and mold manufacturing – and thus in the industry with the largest high-tech share in Germany – we are ideally positioned to pass on our expertise to other companies. This also makes us the specialists outside of production when it comes to developing strategies, optimizing processes and involving and motivating employees.
We support companies in all types of change processes and work together with personnel on site until the goals are achieved - with consulting that is fair in scope and adapted to the industry.

Appointment of our Managing Director Jens Lüdtke as a Senator in the European Economic Senate
In a time of complex challenges for the European economy and policy, Jens Lüdtke, committed to promoting the manufacturing industry, has received new recognition for his work. In early May, he was appointed as a Senator in the European Economic Senate during the Economic Talks in Going/Kitzbühel, an honor that underscores his many years of commitment and influence in the industry.
