With his 15 years working in die and mold manufacturing, the trained technical draftsman with a degree in mechanical engineering has gained in-depth knowledge of processes and product management. His main areas of expertise include analyzing work processes and identifying process and productivity gaps, consulting on increasing efficiencies, and project management in implementing identified potential.
Thanks to his business experience and knowledge of efficient processes in die and mold manufacturing, he brings special expertise to designing industrial single-part manufacturing and in the area of process consulting. He has been a lecturer in digitalization and project management at various universities since 2017.
