Our consulting expertise
We specialize in targeted support for small and medium-sized companies as well as departments of large companies in the manufacturing industry. This includes die, model and mold manufacturing, production machining and plant engineering. We also offer our expertise for companies in the plastics and sheet metal working industry.
But our consulting expertise is not limited only to production. We're also the specialists away from the production line when it's about optimizing processes and motivating employees and including them in change processes. We support companies in change processes of all kinds and work hand in hand with employees on site until the goals set are reached. The emphasis is always on optimizing productivity and profitability – with fair consulting scopes adapted to the industry.

Jens Lüdtke has been with Tebis AG since 2000 and is head of the Tebis Consulting business unit and the Göppingen branch office. His practical experience gives him comprehensive expertise in manufacturing processes. He specializes in the conception of industrial single-part manufacturing and in the development of corporate strategies and business models, and is active as volunteer in the Marktspiegel Werkzeugbau Association, in the VDWF and as a lecturer at several universities.
